Accountant - revenue reconciliation (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the St. Louis region. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to work orders, and clear open items. • Track costs around customer sites against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
