Accountant - revenue reconciliation (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around St. Louis, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to electronic records, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
