Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Spokane producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to cleanroom operations, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around regulatory filings against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
