Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Field Financial is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to regulatory reports, and clear open items. • Track costs around account servicing against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
