Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Spokane region. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to grower contracts, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around cold storage against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
