Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Bright Markets and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around online orders against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to pricing, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
