Accountant - revenue reconciliation (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Facilities and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track costs around safety inspections against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to supply orders, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
