Accountant - revenue reconciliation (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to client records, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around visit scheduling against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
