Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Oak Facilities is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around cleaning schedules against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to customer sites, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with customer sites.
