Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Salt Lake City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track costs around batch records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to clinical studies, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
