Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track costs around tooling against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to customer orders, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
