Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Highbridge Sable Markets is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to pricing, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around supplier deliveries against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
