Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Silverline Haven Medical Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to production lots, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
