Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge River Pharma and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to release testing, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
