Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Medical is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • A degree or certificate in accounting.
