Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Anchorage. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to production lots, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
