Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Lumen Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Fresno serving households and small businesses, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to fraud alerts, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
