Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Farms is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to field records, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
