Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Highbridge River Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tulsa producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to cleanroom operations, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
