Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Toledo with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around client records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to care plans, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
