Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Greenridge Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Richmond. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of about 465 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track costs around patient education against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
