Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Clearpath Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Honolulu region. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to safety records, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around subcontractor invoices against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
