Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Harborlight Vale Financial is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to vendor spend, and clear open items. • Track costs around customer onboarding against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
