Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Stonegate Sparrow Care Services is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around client records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
