Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Bluepeak Glen Hospitality is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around supplier orders against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to reviews and feedback, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
