Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Northwind Glen Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Reno with clinics and support teams, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to clinic supplies, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
