Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Linden Health Group and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to patient scheduling, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around electronic records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
