Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Silverline Linden Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of about 221 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around equipment calibration against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
