Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track costs around quality documentation against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to release testing, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
