Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Westbrook Loom Property Management Group is a Colorado Springs property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around resident events against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to rent collection, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
