Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Highbridge Hollow Farms is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around packing house output against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
