Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Bright Basin Health provides primary and specialty care in Fresno. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
