Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Stonegate Willow Auto Group is a Dallas company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around service appointments against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to parts orders, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
