Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Foxglove Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Little Rock, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to seasonal crews, and clear open items. • Track costs around cold storage against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
