Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Lumen Field Staffing places workers with employers around Tulsa, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around onboarding against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
