Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Greenridge Pike Auto Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 479 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to customer estimates, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
