Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Nova Rook Markets Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around promotions against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
