Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Bright Pharma is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 762 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to clinical studies, and clear open items. • Track costs around cleanroom operations against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
