Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Raleigh, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to device records, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
