Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cross Hospitality and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around guest bookings against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to supplier orders, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
