Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Pine Staffing is a Phoenix staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Track costs around temp assignments against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to onboarding, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
