Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Quill Health is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around electronic records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to referrals, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
