Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Omaha, NE)

Silverline North Pharma Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around quality documentation against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
