Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Medical Group and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to device records, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
