Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Kestrel Staffing places workers with employers around Oklahoma City, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to client orders, and clear open items. • Track costs around timekeeping against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
