Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Nashville, TN)

Nova Juniper Hospitality is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around supplier orders against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
