Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Nashville, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track costs around licensing against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to visit scheduling, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
