Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Ember Pharma is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track costs around quality documentation against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
