Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Drift Health Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to electronic records, and clear open items. • Track costs around patient scheduling against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • A degree or certificate in accounting.
