Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Telecom Group and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to service installations, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around customer tickets against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
